Tim Wilson
President

Mr. Wilson, a principal and founder of Champion, currently serves as President and is directly responsible for the Company's leadership, vision,  long-term planning and implementation of the Company's overall growth strategy.

Mr. Wilson is a talented business leader with over twenty-five years of experience in building first class field sales and service teams. As President of Champion, Mr. Wilson has built the organization into a strong regional presence with long-term plans for national expansion.

Prior to his tenure with Champion,  Mr. Wilson gained his business acumen serving in various senior  level sales and management roles in the medical and construction fields launching innovative development strategies which laid the foundation for significant growth and client satisfaction for his former employers.

Mr. Wilson is a former member of the United States Marine Corp and was honorably discharged after serving his country in North America and Japan.


Kirby A. Vogler
Vice President


Mr. Vogler, a principal of Champion, currently serves as Vice President and is directly responsible for the Company’s operations, financial oversight and risk management functions.

Prior to his tenure with Champion, Mr. Vogler served as Assistant Vice President at Northland Investment Corporation, a billion dollar commercial real estate company, where he had responsibility for the Company’s asset management and preservation functions, including acquisitions, due diligence, rehabilitation, repositioning and dispositions.

Vogler holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Houston and has held numerous board member and committee positions for organizations such as the National Sub-Metering Utility Allocation Association NSUAA, National Apartment Association NAA, National Multi-Housing Council NMHC and the Building Owners and Managers Association BOMA.
